Listings Status Explained

NOTE: All the filters are set by default to show only products "with quantity". Remove the "with quantity" filter if you have to see all the products in the system. Going back in a filter will put back "with quantity".

The following are the Listing Statuses:

Draft - is an Unpublished product in Amazon, resulting from an unmatched Sitnsell Barcode with the Amazon barcode.

Failed - these listings or listing changes have been rejected by the sales channel, and you need to see in the reviews tab what the issue was and fix it.

To see the reason, edit the listing and read the message with the pink background:

In Progress - the Listing is in the process to change its status.

Note: Listings In Progress can not be changed.

Pending Removal - the Listing is in the process to be Removed.

Note: Listings in Pending can not be changed.

Pending Retire - the Listing is in the process to be Retired (the inventory on the seller's market will be 0).

Note: Listings in Pending can not be changed.

Published - the Listing is Published on the Seller's Market.

Retired - the Listing inventory was entirely removed from the sales channel but not from Sitnsell.

Unpublished - the Listing has been disabled by the sales channel or is out of stock.

To find the reason, edit the Listing and read the message with the pink background:

Note: to find out the products not listed use the 1. Products>2. Add Filter>3. Not Listed On and 4. check the channel:

To list Products on Amazon follow Bulk List the Products inventory to Amazon Seller's Market

Note: if a product is already listed in the seller's market, the Listing SKU can not be changed. The available options are:

Change in Sitnsell the "Listing ID" with the correct one
Change in Sitnsell the "Product Inventory Source".

Understanding Listing Statuses in Sitnsell

Published: The Sitnsell listing is actively visible within the Seller’s Market.

Unpublished: The listing from Sitnsell is retained within the Seller’s Market but is not publicly visible. This status is attributed to certain reasons that are clearly detailed within the Seller’s Market. These outlined reasons necessitate immediate attention and appropriate action to rectify and manage the listing’s visibility effectively.

In Progress: The Sitnsell listing is currently undergoing the process to be made publicly available.

Draft: The Sitnsell listing hasn’t been matched with a corresponding entry in the Seller’s Market.

Failed: The Sitnsell listing was unsuccessful in its attempt to be published within the Seller’s Market.

Park: When activated, the Sitnsell listing’s status becomes unmodifiable. Concurrently, the associated inventory within the Seller's Market will automatically be adjusted to zero. Example: a listing marked as 'Deleted' while in 'Park' status cannot transition back to 'Published'.

Deleted: The Sitnsell listing has been removed from the Seller’s Market on Sitnsell.

Deleting: The Sitnsell listing is in the ongoing process of being removed from the Seller’s Market.
