Your operating system
Download the Recommended File
Unzip to a folder
Go to Printers and Scanners (Win10)
Click Add printers
Click The "Printer that I want isn't listed" if the printer is not in the list.
Select "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings"
Next
Use an existing port: select a USB...(Virtual...)
Next
Go "Have disk"
Browse to your downloaded folder with your printer drivers
Select the "prnst001" from either 32bit or 62 bit , based on your system specification
Open
OK
Scroll down and select "TSP800(TSP847)
Next
Finish
