- Go to bulk upload file, download the file and check if the UPC is in the file.
- Verify the error file received when the file was uploaded if the Error count is not 0
- Copy and enter the SKU on the Products page
- Check if the size has already an entered into UPC
- compare with the UPC received:
OPTION 1: The product has a different UPC, determine which one is the correct one:
- Usually the first 6 to 8 digits are similar in an SKU
- Search the https://www.upcitemdb.com/
- Ask the warehouse to provide the SKU/UPC/size
STEP 1: If Sitnsell has the
correct UPC no further action is required. The item will show up as not available in the next scanning and it will be added to a new list.
STEP 2: If Sitnsell has the
incorrect UPC, the following steps are required:
- Copy the actual UPC from the product in Sitnsell.
- Look if there is inventory.
- Write down the shelves.
- Delete the UPC.
- Notify the warehouse to rescan these shelves.
- Enter the new UPC.
- Notify the warehouse to scan the new UPC to the shelf
OPTION 2: The product has a different SKU or Color, determine which one is the correct one:
- Search the https://www.upcitemdb.com/
- Ask the warehouse to provide the SKU/UPC/size

- Add UPC, size and color
- Click Create Product
- Notify the warehouse:

- verify if the new UPC was scanned to the shelf during the shelf rescan
- if it was not scanned, look for the SKU/Brand and add the product UPC to the shelf.
