ποΈ Use "Delete" Listings:
Deleted status means Sitnsell will withdraw the product listing from the marketplace. The product can be republished later without re-entering data into the system.
Here are potential reasons you may want to delete a listing from your Sales Channels:
- β Brand restriction β You're no longer authorized to sell that brand.
- β Policy violation β The listing doesnβt meet marketplace rules or has been flagged.
- π Discontinued item β The product is no longer available or being sold.
- π Seasonal item β The product is out of season and will be relisted later.
- π¦ No inventory β The item is out of stock with no restock planned in the near future.
β οΈ Use the title like Brand Restriction for the reason. A listing deleted without a reason (comment) will return to its previous listing status.
π§ Use the "Delete" and βParkβ Status When the Following Issues Occur:
- π Duplicate or Misuse of UPCs or EANs β applying the same code to different products or conflicting product data on the seller's market.
- πΌοΈ Incorrect image, gender, size or width β Product atributes are wrong on the marketplace or any other key attribute that does not match the item listed on the Seller's Market..
- π Inventory hold β You need to temporarily remove the item while resolving stock or supply issues.
- π§Ύ Listing error β The listing was created with incorrect pricing, description, or data.
- π¦ Product variation conflict β The item conflicts with existing variations already listed.
- π οΈ Pending corrections β You're fixing backend data before publishing again.
β οΈ The βParkβ status ensures the inventory is updated to 0, making the listing inactive on the seller's market, even if it gets published accidentally.
