A: The shipping time is given by the sales channel, and is not calculated by Sitnsell. It is possible for sales channels to request orders to be shipped in less than 24 hours.

If this time is exceeded, the ODR (order defect rate) will increase, which resumed a risk of account suspension.

Q: What is a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)?

A: A MAP price is a minimum amount that resellers agree not to advertise below. For example, if a shoe company sets a MAP price of $100 for its best-selling item then all resellers including brick and mortar stores and Amazon resellers are obligated to advertise this product at $100 or more.

If a reseller chooses to advertise that brand’s product at a discount of $75, they would be in direct violation of the backpack company’s MAP agreement.

Q: How to ship to a different address not available in the order in Sitnsell?

A: If a customer needs to ship an order to a different address, the address must be added in the Seller's Market where there are options to ship to multiple addresses when the order is placed.

Deliver to Multiple Addresses
With our multi-address delivery feature, you can buy multiple items in one order and send them to different addresses.

Shipping to a different unconfirmed address than the one provided by the Seller's Market creates a liability for the shipper, not covered by the Seller's Market in case there is a complaint about the order not being received.

Sitnsell provides for shipping only the address from the Seller's Market and does not suggest, nor encourage the use of unconfirmed addresses.

When a request via email is received to ship to a different address than the one received, please reply that we can only ship to the provided address and if a different address is required to ship to, the order must be canceled by the customer and placed with the address the customer wants the seller to ship to.
