Your company name, your location, your name, and the page you are coming from will be automatically transmitted to the agent.


To collaborate with your peers, create notes in Products, Listing, and Orders, or how to send for review Listings, refer to Internal Notification System

When writing a a request in the chat, for order issues, provide the order number. For product issues, give the barcode. For listing issues, share the sales channel account and SKU. A browser link would also be helpful.
