eBay - Review and change the wrong policies:

Procedure: Updating eBay Bulk Listings to Reflect "Free Shipping" and Remove "30-Day Returns"

To ensure listings do not display "30-Day Returns" and that the Shipping Policy is set to "Free Shipping," follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings > Business Policies.

  3. Under the Listings column, click the number corresponding to the policy group you want to update to View All.
  4. Select all listings by checking the box next to Actions.

  6. Click Edit All Listings.

  8. In the bulk editing screen, ensure all listings are selected.

  10. Click Bulk Edit.

  12. Scroll down and click on Shipping Policy.

  14. Select Change To.

  16. Choose the policy labeled Free Shipping Policy.

  18. Click Save.

  20. Then click Apply to finalize the changes.
