Sitnsell Inventory Movements – Help Guide

The Inventory Movements Log allows warehouse and inventory teams to track all product activity in real time. Every stock adjustment is recorded to support accuracy, traceability, and reporting.


📋 What the Table Displays

Each row logs a stock event with detailed info:

  • Product – Item name as listed in the system.
  • Brand – Product manufacturer (e.g., Nike, Crocs, Hoka).
  • SKU – Stock Keeping Unit; clickable to copy.
  • Barcode – Scannable code used in warehouse operations.
  • Shelf – Warehouse shelf or bin location where the action occurred.
  • Quantity – Number of units involved in the movement.

    Operation – Type of stock event:

    • 🟢 Going In – Stock added (e.g., restock, returns)
    • 🔴 Going Out – Stock removed (e.g., orders, damage)
    • 🟠 Rescan – Shelf rescanned for full inventory reset
  • By – Name of the user who performed the operation (blurred for privacy).
  • Initiated at – Timestamp when the action occurred.

🔘 Page Controls and Buttons

  • Add Filter – Filter by shelf, brand, SKU, action type, or user to narrow down records.
  • Search Bar (top-right) – Instantly find specific items by keyword or SKU.
  • Pagination (bottom-right) – Browse through thousands of log entries quickly using page numbers or arrows.

  • Audit Tracking: Review who moved what, when, and where.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Identify rescan events and double-check shelf counts.
  • Warehouse Management: Track daily operations and spot any unusual activity (e.g., repeated rescan or outgoing without stock-in).
