Sitnsell KPIs Dashboard – Help Guide

The KPIs tab in the Analytics section gives you a clear view of your account health across sales channels. These metrics are based on performance indicators like tracking accuracy, cancellations, and order defects—key to maintaining seller credibility.

📌 What Are KPIs?

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are performance metrics used by marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) to evaluate your seller reliability. Sitnsell automatically syncs and visualizes these metrics daily to help you stay compliant.

📅 Metrics are updated daily at 01:00 UTC

🟢 Green = Good | 🟡 Yellow = At Risk | 🔴 Red = Needs Immediate Attention
