Sitnsell Brands Analytics – Help Guide

The Brands tab under Analytics provides a breakdown of product movement, listing performance, and stock levels by brand. It’s ideal for tracking which brands are driving sales and which may need attention due to low stock or inactive listings.


📋 Data Columns Explained

  • Brand

    The product brand name (e.g., Brooks, Calvin Klein, Champion).

  • Inventory on Hand

    Shows how many units of this brand are currently in stock.

    Velocity (30, 60, 90 Days, 12 Months)

    Measures sales movement over time:

    • Higher numbers = more units sold
    • Helps identify fast vs. slow-moving brands
  • Listings

    Total number of listings for that brand.

  • Published Listings

    Listings that are live and available for purchase.

    🔗 Clickable to drill down into active listings.

  • Unpublished Listings

    Listings that are inactive, failed, or in draft state.

    🔗 Clickable to fix or publish.

  • Search Bar (Top Right)

    Quickly search for a brand name to jump to its analytics.

  • Pagination (Bottom Right)

    Navigate through multiple brand pages using arrow and number buttons.


✅ Use Case Scenarios

  • Inventory Control:

    Use “Inventory on Hand” to detect out-of-stock or low-stock brands.

  • Sales Forecasting:

    Analyze “Velocity” to plan future purchase orders based on past movement.

  • Listing Cleanup:

    Identify brands with high “Unpublished Listings” and work to publish or correct them.

  • Performance Comparison:

    Benchmark brands based on 12-month velocity or listing activation rates.
