Sitnsell Sales Analytics – Help Guide


The Sales tab in Sitnsell Analytics provides a comprehensive overview of your sales performance, helping you track profitability, brand/category trends, and order volume over time. It’s ideal for evaluating business health and identifying growth opportunities.


📊 Top Summary Tiles

  • Sales Volume

    Number of items sold (e.g., 1,166 units).

  • Orders Volume

    Number of completed transactions/orders (e.g., 1,214).

  • Gross Sales

    Total sales revenue before costs (e.g., $87,939.92).

  • Gross Profit

    Profit after subtracting costs (e.g., $42,995.72).

  • Gross Profit Margin (%)

    Profitability percentage (e.g., 52.78%).


📈 Revenue Chart

  • Shows Gross Sales and Gross Profit over time.

    Use the chart icons in the top-right for:

    • 🔍 Zoom In/Out
    • 📤 Export Chart
    • ⬆ Full-Screen View
    • 🔄 Reset View

📦 Orders Volume Chart

  • Displays Orders Volume (bars) and Sales Volume (line) per day.
  • Helps monitor sales activity, peaks, and drops.

🥧 Sales by Brand

  • Donut chart showing percentage of total sales by brand (e.g., Adidas, Altra, Anne Klein).
  • Great for identifying top-selling brands.

🥧 Sales by Category

  • Donut chart of total sales distributed by category (e.g., Athletic Shoes, Bags, Drinkware).
  • Helps understand which product lines drive revenue.

🔘 Filters & Tools

  • Add Filter – Apply filters such as sales channel, date range, or product group.
  • Date Range Picker – Select custom date windows for sales analysis (currently set to 04/02/2025 – 05/02/2025).
  • Search Bar – Locate data quickly by keyword, SKU, or brand.
