Sitnsell Export Page – User Guide

The Export section allows users to generate and download detailed reports on sales, listings, inventory, and orders. This is ideal for business analysis, backups, and external system updates.


πŸ“‹ Overview of Report Table

Each row in the table represents a report generated or requested, with the following fields:

  • Report Name

    Type of report (e.g., Sales Report, Inventory Report, Listings Report).

  • Requester

    User who generated the report (blurred in image for privacy).

  • Requested At

    The date and time the export was requested.

  • Completed At

    The date and time the report was fully generated and ready for download.

  • Status

    Indicates whether the report has been successfully generated (e.g., Generated).

    Request Type

    • Scheduled – Recurring exports set up automatically.
    • Requested – Manual one-time report requests.
  • Download Button

    Click Download to retrieve the completed report file (usually in .csv format).

  • Schedule Export

    Set up automated, recurring exports (e.g., daily sales reports) that run on a defined schedule.

  • Request Export

    Manually request a one-time export for specific data (products, listings, inventory, etc.).


⏬ Pagination Controls

Use the navigation buttons at the bottom right to scroll through your export history. This is useful if you manage large data sets or request exports frequently.

  • Use scheduled reports for regular KPIs and accounting audits.
  • Always download reports promptly to avoid expiration or overwrites.
  • Sort by β€œRequested At” to find the most recent exports quickly.
