The Import section allows you to upload bulk updates to product and listing data using pre-formatted Excel or CSV templates. This streamlines data management across your inventory and sales channels.

Used to apply bulk edits to listings or products via file upload.

  • Uploads must be in .csv or .xlsx format (Excel 2007+).
  • Do not add extra columns or change headers in the file.
  • Blank fields will not overwrite existing values.

Each historical import shows:

  • Type – e.g., Products import or Listings import
  • Status – e.g., Finished
  • Uploaded At / Completed At – Time stamps for when the upload started and ended
  • Success Count – Number of records successfully imported
  • Error Count – Number of failed rows due to formatting or data issues

Download – Download the original import file used, helpful for audits or re-uploading after fixes.

  • Always start from the latest template.
  • Avoid editing header rows or adding formulas.
  • After uploading, check the error count and re-download if needed for corrections.
