Sitnsell Listing Detail Page โ€“ User Guide

This page allows users to view, update, and manage product listings on connected marketplaces like Amazon. It consolidates all listing-related fields and settings in one place for easy editing and visibility.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Listing Header Area

  • Listing Title

    Product name as it appears on the marketplace.

  • Sales Channel Icon + Link

    Clickable link to view the listing directly on Amazon (or other channels).

  • Timestamp

    Displays when the listing was last updated.

  • Listing Status Banner (Green)

    Confirms the listing is Published, meaning itโ€™s live and visible to customers.


๐Ÿ”˜ Top Action Buttons

  • Status Dropdown

    Displays current listing status (Published, In Progress, Failed, etc.).

  • Park

    Temporarily removes the listing from availability without deleting it.

  • Delete

    Removes the listing from Sitnsell (use with caution).

  • Save

    Commits any changes made to the listing fields below.


๐Ÿ”„ Central Listing Controls

  • Listing Name

    Editable name used within Sitnsell.

    SKU / Identifier / Barcode

    System-generated or user-defined codes used to track products.

    • Identifier field shows the UPC.
    • Listing ID is the internal reference code.

      Update Toggles

    • SKU Update? โ€“ Enable if you want to push updated SKU info.
    • Product ID Update? โ€“ Enable to push barcode changes to the channel.
  • Category

    Defines the product classification for the channel (e.g., Shoes).


๐Ÿ“Š Product Inventory Source Panel

Shows internal data synced with the marketplace:

  • Name / Brand / SKU / Barcode / Size / Cost
  • Note: Use the โ€œClick here to change itโ€ link if you want to edit which inventory this listing pulls from.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Tabs (Vital Info, Pricing, Shipping, Gallery, Reviews, Comments)

The Vital Info tab (shown) includes:

  • Model Number, Brand, Manufacturer, Description

โš ๏ธ Note: Some values like description may only apply to certain marketplaces (e.g., โ€œRequired for Walmart US onlyโ€).


โš ๏ธ Amazon US Content Warning

A red banner explains:

โ€œAs the setting method is set to match, the listing details are currently inaccessible. If you wish to modify beyond what is permitted in Sitnsell, proceed to the sales channel page.โ€

This means you must update the listing directly in Seller Central (Amazon) if major content edits are needed.

Use this page to:

  • Check listing health and status
  • Push updates (price, SKU, barcode, etc.)
  • Monitor sync details with the market listing.
  • Correct failed listings or park unneeded items

โœ… Sitnsell Listing Review & Optimization Checklist

1. Confirm Listing Status

  • Is the status Published and green?
  • If not, review error messages and republish.

2. Verify Product Identifiers

  • Correct SKU
  • Valid UPC / Barcode
  • Matching Listing ID and product title

3. Check Inventory Source

  • Linked to correct SKU, UPC
  • Accurate Cost, Size, and Brand

4. Review Content Details (Vital Info Tab)

  • Accurate Model Number
  • Consistent Brand and Manufacturer
  • Clear, concise Description

5. Check Update Toggles

  • Enable SKU Update if SKU was modified
  • Enable Product ID Update if barcode/UPC changed

6. Manage Listing Visibility

  • Use Park to temporarily hide from sale
  • Use Delete only if the listing is no longer needed

7. Save All Changes

  • Always click Save after edits
  • Recheck status for confirmation of update

8. For Amazon Listings

  • If the red warning appears:

    โ€œListing content is locked by channel settingsโ€

    โ†’ Go to Seller Central to edit content.
