Sitnsell Listings Page – User Guide
The Listings section in Sitnsell is where you manage your product visibility across marketplaces. It allows you to track publication status, pricing, inventory, competition, and repricing rules—all in one place.
🔘 Top Action Buttons
Add Filter
Use this to filter listings by SKU, status, stock level, or sales channel.
Filter Tags (Preselected in Screenshot)
- Stock Status is With Stock – Only listings with available inventory.
- Sales Channel: Fashion Obsession (Amazon.com) – Filters listings by a specific marketplace.
- Status is Published (90%) – Shows listings currently live.
Export
Downloads your filtered listing data to a CSV file for pricing updates, reporting, or audit purposes.
Search
Instantly locate a listing by SKU or product name.
📋 Listings Table Columns Explained
Checkboxes
Use these to select one or more listings for bulk edits or actions.
SKU / Barcode / ASIN
Displays key identifiers. Icons for each allow you to copy, expand, or interact with the values.
Listing Title
The published product title. Clickable if connected to the marketplace listing.
Status
Shows current listing state (e.g., Published, Failed, In Progress). Color-coded for easy scanning:
- 🟢 Published – Live on marketplace
- 🔴 Failed – Needs fixing before going live
Strategy
Displays the assigned pricing strategy or rule. Click to view/edit.
Buy Box
Indicates whether the product is winning the Buy Box on the marketplace.
Price / Cost / Min / Max
- Price – Current listed price
- Cost – Your product cost
- Min / Max – Floor and ceiling price settings for automated repricing
Repriced At ($)
Last recorded auto-reprice value (if using repricing engine)
Competition
Competitor pricing, if tracked
Inventory
Stock available for sale
Velocity
Item sales speed (higher = faster selling)
Rank
Marketplace performance rank, if available

Located at the bottom-right corner to help you navigate through all listings. Click page numbers or arrows to move through multiple pages.
✅ Tips
- Use filters to clean up failed listings or identify items not repriced correctly.
- Keep an eye on Buy Box indicators and velocity to prioritize promotions or restocks.
