Sitnsell Order Detail Page – User Guide

The Order Detail Page provides a full breakdown of an individual order’s status, shipment, item details, and customer information. It allows warehouse teams to manage the order from pick to ship efficiently.

✅ Order Overview Section

• Header

  Displays the full Order Number and confirms the source, e.g., Amazon US (Fashion Obsession).

• Green Banner

  Message confirms successful shipment:

  "Congratulations! The order has been shipped, and no action is required."

• Order Status

  A green Shipped badge shows the current fulfillment status.

• Order Date – When the order was received.
• Expected Shipment Date – Deadline to ship the order to stay compliant with marketplace requirements.

🛒 Item & Fulfillment Info

For each item in the order, you’ll see:

• Item Name (e.g., ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 27 Running Shoes)
• SKU – Stock-keeping unit identifier
• Barcode – Scannable product code
• Quantity – Number of units ordered

Fulfillment Progress

• Picked – Item was pulled from the shelf
• Packed – Item was packed for shipping

• Shipped – Final dispatch step

  Each step is marked with a ✔️ icon once completed.

Pickup Details

• Shelf Location – E.g., NC Evans TT1-3
• Picked By – User (e.g., Joshua Turner) and timestamp
• Confirmation – Confirms quantity picked and date/time.

Shipment Details

• Shipped By – Name and timestamp
• Carrier – Delivery service (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage)

• Tracking # – Linked for tracking shipment status

  Buttons:

  • Print Label – Generates and prints the shipping label
  • Print Packing – Prints the packing slip for the order

📬 Shipping Address Panel

Displays the recipient’s shipping information:

• Name – e.g., Marilena Medina Bernal
• Address – Full US shipping address with ZIP
• Phone Number – For carrier use or customer contact

This view is useful for final verification, shipment tracking, and reprinting packing/shipping documents.
