The Orders section helps you manage and track orders across all connected sales channels. This view focuses on monitoring order status, fulfillment deadlines, and processing requirements.

  • Add Filter

    Use this to filter orders by status, channel, country, ship-by date, or other custom criteria.

  • Export

    Click to download all visible order data as a CSV file for external processing or reporting.

  • Search bar

    Quickly locate a specific order by entering the order number or customer details.


🧭 Order Status Tabs

These tabs help you segment your orders for easier processing:

  • Past Due – Orders that missed their ship-by date.
  • Due Today – Orders needing shipment today.
  • New Orders – Recently placed orders awaiting action (e.g., picking, packing).
  • Unfulfillable – Orders that can't be processed due to stock or listing issues.
  • Pending – Orders not yet confirmed or ready.
  • Past Orders – Full order history (e.g., shipped, canceled, delivered).
  • Canceled – Orders canceled by customer or system.

Each row in the table represents one order. Here's what each column shows:

  • Sales Channel – The platform where the order was placed (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
  • Order Date – The date and time the customer placed the order.
  • Order # – A clickable and copyable order ID for reference.
  • Ship By – The latest shipping date to meet service level standards.
  • Country – Shipping destination country.
  • Quantity – Number of items in the order.
  • Total – Order total in USD.
  • Status – Current processing stage (e.g., β€œAwaiting Fulfillment”).

⏬ Pagination Controls

Use the arrows or numbered page buttons at the bottom right to browse through orders if you have multiple pages of results.
