The Orders section helps you manage and track orders across all connected sales channels. This view focuses on monitoring order status, fulfillment deadlines, and processing requirements.

Add Filter
Use this to filter orders by status, channel, country, ship-by date, or other custom criteria.
Export
Click to download all visible order data as a CSV file for external processing or reporting.
Search
barQuickly locate a specific order by entering the order number or customer details.
π§ Order Status Tabs
These tabs help you segment your orders for easier processing:
- Past Due β Orders that missed their ship-by date.
- Due Today β Orders needing shipment today.
- New Orders β Recently placed orders awaiting action (e.g., picking, packing).
- Unfulfillable β Orders that can't be processed due to stock or listing issues.
- Pending β Orders not yet confirmed or ready.
- Past Orders β Full order history (e.g., shipped, canceled, delivered).
- Canceled β Orders canceled by customer or system.
π Order Table Fields
Each row in the table represents one order. Here's what each column shows:
- Sales Channel β The platform where the order was placed (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Order Date β The date and time the customer placed the order.
- Order # β A clickable and copyable order ID for reference.
- Ship By β The latest shipping date to meet service level standards.
- Country β Shipping destination country.
- Quantity β Number of items in the order.
- Total β Order total in USD.
- Status β Current processing stage (e.g., βAwaiting Fulfillmentβ).

Use the arrows or numbered page buttons at the bottom right to browse through orders if you have multiple pages of results.
