Sitnsell Inventory Page – User Guide

The Inventory Page in Sitnsell helps you monitor real-time stock levels by SKU, shelf location, and last update. It’s designed for speed, accuracy, and full inventory visibility.
🔘 Top Action Buttons

Add FilterApply custom filters to narrow down results by brand, category, or location.

Quantity is With(default filter)Shows only items currently in stock (quantity > 0).
Note: This filter is applied by default.

ExportClick to download the current inventory view into a CSV file for backups, analysis, or uploads to other systems.

SearchEnter any product name, SKU, or barcode to quickly locate inventory items.
📊 Inventory Table Columns

Brand
Displays the brand name of each item (e.g., Converse, Crocs, Shakespeare).

Product
Full product name listed in the system.

SKU
Unique identifier for internal tracking.
📋 Clicking the icon copies the SKU to clipboard.

Barcode
The UPC/EAN code used for scanning operations.

Size
Indicates item variation like Small, Medium, or Toddler 10.

Shelf
Physical shelf location in the warehouse where the item is stored.

Quantity
The current quantity available in stock.

Last Update
Timestamp of the most recent inventory change (e.g., stock added, removed, or moved).
⏬ Pagination
Located at the bottom-right, this allows navigation between pages of inventory. Use the arrows or select a specific page number to view more records.
This view is ideal for warehouse managers, pickers, and inventory auditors to ensure stock accuracy and locate products efficiently.
