Sitnsell Inventory Page – User Guide

The Inventory Page in Sitnsell helps you monitor real-time stock levels by SKU, shelf location, and last update. It’s designed for speed, accuracy, and full inventory visibility.


🔘 Top Action Buttons

  • Add Filter

    Apply custom filters to narrow down results by brand, category, or location.

  • Quantity is With (default filter)

    Shows only items currently in stock (quantity > 0).

    Note: This filter is applied by default.

  • Export

    Click to download the current inventory view into a CSV file for backups, analysis, or uploads to other systems.

  • Search

    Enter any product name, SKU, or barcode to quickly locate inventory items.


📊 Inventory Table Columns

  • Brand

    Displays the brand name of each item (e.g., Converse, Crocs, Shakespeare).

  • Product

    Full product name listed in the system.

  • SKU

    Unique identifier for internal tracking.

    📋 Clicking the icon copies the SKU to clipboard.

  • Barcode

    The UPC/EAN code used for scanning operations.

  • Size

    Indicates item variation like Small, Medium, or Toddler 10.

  • Shelf

    Physical shelf location in the warehouse where the item is stored.

  • Quantity

    The current quantity available in stock.

  • Last Update

    Timestamp of the most recent inventory change (e.g., stock added, removed, or moved).


⏬ Pagination

Located at the bottom-right, this allows navigation between pages of inventory. Use the arrows or select a specific page number to view more records.


This view is ideal for warehouse managers, pickers, and inventory auditors to ensure stock accuracy and locate products efficiently.
