The Products Page in Sitnsell provides a comprehensive view of your entire inventory catalog, allowing you to monitor product details, stock levels, and listing readiness. Below is a breakdown of its features and functions.


๐Ÿ”˜ Top Action Buttons

  • Add Filter

    Apply filters to narrow down products based on criteria like brand, category, quantity, no picture and or not listed by market place (automated only for Amazon accounts).

  • Quantity is With (default filter)

    Filters only the products that currently have stock (quantity > 0), helping you focus on available items for sale.

  • Manage Brands and Categories

    Opens the settings to add, edit, or delete product brands and categories for better organization.

  • Export

    Exports the current product list into a CSV file for offline review, updates, or data sharing.

  • Add New

    Opens the form to manually create a new product entry with all necessary fields like SKU, barcode, and pricing.

  • Search bar

    Quickly find a product by typing the name, SKU, or barcode.

  • Checkboxes

    Used to select one or multiple products for bulk actions (e.g., batch editing, exporting).

  • Image

    Product thumbnail for visual reference.

  • Name

    The product name used across listings and reports.

  • SKU

    Stock Keeping Unit โ€“ your internal identifier for the product.

  • Size/Color

    Additional product variation information.

  • Barcode

    UPC/EAN for scanning and automation in warehouse processes.

  • Brand

    Product brand for marketplace classification and filtering.

  • Category

    Defines product type (e.g., Shoes, Hats, Hoodies) to help with filtering and reporting.

  • Cost ($)

    Shows your acquisition or production cost for profitability tracking.

  • Quantity

    Displays the current inventory count available for sale.

  • Velocity

    Indicates sales velocityโ€”how frequently the item sells. Helpful for identifying fast vs. slow movers.

Located at the bottom right, this lets you navigate between product list pages. You can go to the next/previous page or jump to a specific page number.
