Sitnsell Dashboard Guide – Overview & Button Functions
The Sitnsell Dashboard gives you a quick, real-time overview of your order health, listing performance, inventory actions, and profit opportunities. Below is a guide to each widget and its function.
🔴 Past Due Orders
Description: Shows how many orders have missed the shipping deadline.
Alert: These may negatively affect your ODR (Order Defect Rate).
Button:
View Orders – Opens the list of overdue orders so you can take immediate action.
🟢 New Orders
Description: Displays how many new orders need to be fulfilled.
Tip: Process these promptly to maintain a healthy ODR.
Buttons:
Process Orders– Starts the order processing flow.View Orders– Lets you see all incoming unfulfilled orders.
🔄 Latest Inventory Movements
Description: Shows who made recent stock adjustments, including added quantity, product ID, and timestamp.

See all inventory movements – View full activity logs for auditing or tracking.
🟠 Finish Listings
Description: Displays listings that have quantity but are not yet complete or published.
Tip: Completing these increases visibility and sales.
Button:
Finish Listings – Takes you to the page to finalize product details and publish listings.
🔧 Fix Listings
Description: Indicates how many listings have quantity but are incomplete.
Tip: Fixing these will make them eligible for selling.
Button:
Fix Listings – Opens the bulk editor to update missing fields like title, price, or category.
💰 Potential Profit Loss
Description: Highlights listings where your item may be overpriced compared to competitors.
Info Displayed: SKU, cost, current price, competitor price, and margin risk.
Button:
Review potential pricing errors for your listings – Accesses a report where you can adjust pricing.
📈 Total Orders (Last 30 Days)
Description: Visual pie chart of order distribution across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
Tip: Helps you track which platforms generate the most orders.
📊 Total Listings
Description: Visual breakdown of listings by status: Draft, Published, In Progress, Failed, etc.
Tip: Great for monitoring publishing progress and catching errors.
