How to Connect Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Shipstation to Sitnsell and Each Other


✅ Steps to Connect Your Amazon to Shipstation Account

  1. Log in to your Shipstation account.
  2. Go to Account Settings > Selling Channels > Store Setup.
  3. Click "Connect a Store or Marketplace".
  4. Select Amazon from the list.
  5. Log in with your Amazon Seller Central credentials.
  6. Authorize Shipstation to access your Amazon account.
  7. Choose your marketplace (e.g., Amazon.com).
  8. Save settings and test the connection.

✅ Steps to Connect Your Walmart to Shipstation Account

  1. Log in to your Shipstation account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Selling Channels > Store Setup.
  3. Click "Connect a Store or Marketplace".
  4. Select Walmart Marketplace.
  5. Enter your Walmart Client ID and Client Secret (found in the Walmart Developer Portal).
  6. Click Test Connection, then Connect.
  7. Save and sync.

  1. Open Shipstation and go to Settings > Selling Channels.

  3. Choose eBay.
  4. Log in to your eBay seller account when prompted.

  5. Approve Sitnsell’s access through the MWS token authorization.
  6. Complete setup and test the sync.

Prerequisite: Retrieve Your Walmart API Credentials

Before you begin the integration, you must obtain your Client ID and Client Secret (Private Key) from Walmart’s Developer Portal.

  1. Go to https://developer.walmart.com/
  2. Log in and navigate to My Account
  3. Click on Marketplace
  4. Make sure you are in the Production Keys tab
  5. If no keys are shown, complete your onboarding process first

🔗 Connect Walmart to Sitnsell

  1. In Sitnsell, go to the Dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon to open Settings
  3. Navigate to Sales Channels and click Create New Channel
  4. Select the Walmart channel and click Connect

📝 Enter the Required Information

  • Store Name
    • This will appear on your Walmart page, invoices, and shipping/return labels
  • Client ID
    • Paste the Consumer ID from your Walmart Developer Portal
  • Client Secret
    • Paste the Private Key from your Walmart Developer Portal
  1. Click Save to complete the setup

✅ Steps to Connect Your eBay to Sitnsell Account

  1. Navigate to Settings > Sales Channels in Sitnsell.
  2. Click Add New Channel and select eBay.
  3. Choose your eBay marketplace and sign in.
  4. Authorize Sitnsell access when prompted.
  5. Save configuration and begin syncing listings/orders.

✅ Steps to Connect Your Shopify to Sitnsell Account

  1. Open Sitnsell and go to Settings > Sales Channels.
  2. Select Add New Channel, then choose Shopify.
  3. Enter your Shopify domain and click Connect.
  4. Log in and authorize Sitnsell via Shopify’s admin panel.
  5. Confirm sync settings and complete setup.



✅ Steps to Connect Your Shipstation Account to Sitnsell

Step 1: Find API keys In Shipstation

  1. Log in to your ShipStation account.
  2. In ShipStation, navigate to Account Settings > Account > API Settings.

  4. On this page, in the highlighted area shown in the image below, you will find the API Key and API Secret that you'll insert into the fields with the same names in Step 2.

Step 2: Setup Shipstation Integration

  1. Login to your Sitnsell account.
  2. Go to the Settings page (gear icon in top-right corner).

  3. Click on Integration card.

  4. Press Setup button in the Shipstation integration card.

  5. A pop-up will open asking for the API Key and API Secret that you obtained from Step 1.
  6. Add them, press the Connect button and wait for the integration to be completed.
